Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive & make call to the customers.
∎ Handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Provide Quality Service to the customer over online communication (eg: Email, Web chat, outbound call & Social Media) to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experiences.
∎ Must able to work by shifting & willingly work in Govt holidays.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction with effective and gentle communication skill.
∎ Handle critical customers with positive communication skill.
∎ Positive attitude and self motivated.
∎ Make Report to Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years

∎ Effective communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Clear voice and good communication skills.
∎ Computer Literacy is must (MS Word, MS Excel, Google Spreadsheet).
