Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend customer query and reply through Facebook messenger or phone
∎ Receive customer complain and provide solution
∎ Inform customer regarding product and service
∎ Collaborate with Sales/Marketing for daily follow up
∎ Record all orders and proceed to sales department

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience using computers, internet and email is a must.
∎ While working experience with basic Graphic Design will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
∎ The candidate must be efficient in English in writing, reading and all types of English communications and able to work independently without any supervision when it comes to English communications.
