∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create contents, posts for Facebook advertisements and sales
∎ Process orders of E business sites and maintaining records
∎ Keeps abreast of social trends and content. Able to keep work fresh and provocative for maximum consumer engagement
∎ Resourceful researcher, keeps abreast of social trends and culture
∎ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
∎ Manage large amount of incoming calls.
∎ Resolves product or services problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Intuitive thinker with the ability to translate client needs into visually compelling and impactful content based on strategy and marketing objectives.
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
∎ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
