Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 36 years
Experienced in QMS, SOP development, process improvement, or training within a garments manufacturing unit.
Familiarity with 5S, ISO 9001/QMS principles, internal audit, and continuous improvement.
Good presentation, communication, facilitation, and training skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage Factory Evaluation (FE) requirements, upload CAP evidence and supporting documents to buyer portals, and ensure timely completion of customer compliance reporting.
Update customer quality and technical manuals, coordinate technical compliance audits, and prepare audit booking and payment requisitions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to develop, review, and update SOPs and compliance-related documents.
Arrange the requisition and installation of required signage, visual posters, and work instructions across relevant factory sections.
Participate in weekly Quality Management Meetings to discuss compliance issues, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions.
Monitor the timely and proper disposal of non-conforming materials, including fabric, finished goods, metals, and sharp items, in accordance with established procedures.
Review team members’ workloads, assign tasks based on operational priorities, and monitor timely completion.
Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, PDCA, and continuous improvement tools.
Cover training areas including Quality Standards, Measurements, Workmanship, Product Safety, RCA, Process Control, and Leadership Development.
