Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in Supply Chain

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Purchase, Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Hotel, Restaurant, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and forecast RM&PM stock then coordinate with store office to ensure availability of RM&PM and others materials on time.
∎ Communicate with Local Suppliers & Purchase RM, PM and others materials as per requirements.
∎ Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality.
∎ Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities.
∎ Responsible for sourcing the machinery of pastry and bakery industry as well as restaurant equipment & construction vendor for new outlet expansion.
∎ Responsible for maintenance work such as AC, Freezer, machinery and others.
∎ Implement supplier lists, price lists, conduct price controls, market research and consolidate orders.
∎ Produce reports and statistics, review performance and identify cost-saving possibilities.
∎ Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring contract management and the quality of service provided.
∎ Having sound knowledge on modern supply chain management.
∎ Responsible to implement S&OP process.
∎ Responsible for documents preparation for supplier bill payment.
∎ Coordinate activities with the restaurants.
∎ Bill processing until the submission to the accounts for payments
∎ Processing Work Order
∎ Maintaining the proper documentation with all departments and stakeholders
∎ Follow up the supplier for ensuring delivery on time
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
