Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should be Graduate / Masters in Environmental Science or Engineering Degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take Preventive Action & Monitor all the safety activities like Fire, Accident, Incidents, Risks & Hazards issues.
∎ To monitor and ensure ETP System both Biological & Chemical process.
∎ To monitor and ensure the health and hygiene of the entire employee at the Plant site.
∎ To organize training on Environment, Health & Safety and maintain a healthy work environment at work place.
∎ To ensure the compliance and regulatory requirements for the Factory.
∎ To monitor, Check & ensure valid Fire Fighting equipment's at right place in the Factory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates having 2-3 years of experience on ETP operation.
∎ Entrepreneurial Proactive with Environment, Health & Safety knowledge and decision-making abilities.
∎ Excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bangla.
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
∎ Capable to lead a Safety & Firewarden team of the company.
