Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Bsc in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ automobile)/BBA/MA in any discipline with computer knowledge. Female candidates are highly encourages to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare BSR, ISR, BTR, IF, daily battery testing/charging report, IPS testing/repairing etc;
∎ To attend directly dealers/customers queries;
∎ Checking battery related load i.e. vehicles, generator, IPS, BTS and other loads;
∎ Planning/attend and monitoring old (BTS) battery collection;
∎ IB battery installation and regular service;
∎ Dealer, retailer, end user, garage, workshop, parking lot visit and befit the benefit of our products;
∎ Arrange pre & post after sales service/product's campaign, customer awareness etc;
∎ Attend retail sales for creating loyal as well as sustainable consumers etc

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Keeping detailed records of the service and customer contacts.
∎ Planning weekly and monthly service schedules and activities in the field.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Salary: Negotiable
