∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase Requisition, Reservation and GRN Create in SAP in line with procedures.
∎ Ensure available of spare parts stock for smooth operation.
∎ Maintain accurate Receive and issue records of all materials, inventory taking, Quality checking (Physical condition) as procedure.
∎ Spare parts & Material Bill Quality confirm from concern department.
∎ Reporting to Department Head for all type of store relative activities.
∎ To put in all identification card in new materials and stored correctly and safely in specification Bin.
∎ To Delivery materials to the consumer of store by physical checking regularly.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO for material movement.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Department Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Knowledge in Store system & it's SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Must know the work of SAP Software.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
