∎ Excellent understanding of the footwear manufacturing process, materials, and technologies.
∎ Understanding of Lead Times & Safety Stock·
∎ Production Planning and Scheduling·
∎ ERP Systems Proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS)·
∎ Inventory Management
∎ Ability to identify shortages, delays, and discrepancies
∎ Root cause analysis and corrective planning
∎ Good communication skills both verbal and written.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Open-minded personality with positive attitude.
∎ Ability to maintain good working relations with all fellow Team Members & cross-functional team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Enter material requirement data into the MRP system based on productionplans and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
∎ Maintain and update item master data, purchase requisitions, and plannedorders in the system.
∎ Coordinate with planning, production, and procurement teams to ensure accuracy of MRP entries.
∎ Monitor material availability and flag shortages or discrepancies.
∎ Assist in generating MRP reports and summaries for internal use.
∎ Ensure timely entry of new materials, part codes, and vendor information.
∎ Support audits by providing accurate MRP data and documentation.
∎ Maintain data integrity and follow standard operating procedures.
