Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secure.
∎ Follow up & control daily standard housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of the workplace.
∎ Ensure purchase of food/launch, stationeries & refreshment supplies upon company requirement.
∎ Follow up utility & facilities management.
∎ Follow-up company transport requirements, staff & management pick & drop protocol.
∎ Source & control new suppliers & Vendors upon company requirement.
∎ Follow up & settle all supplier invoices & payment issues.
∎ Maintain all the documents / postal service, which need to comply with the certification bodies.
∎ Maintain Admin related necessary papers & equipment.
∎ Other Administrative work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General Administration, Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be team oriented.
∎ Good skill in English Writing & Speaking.
∎ Should have good knowledge in computers (Ms Office, Ms Excel, E-mail handling etc.).
