Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master’s degree from a recognized university. No 3rd division/class at any level.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing drivers, other logistics staff, Vehicle as per their day-to-day requisitions
∎ Maintain vehicles routs as per schedule.
∎ Supervise cleaners and ensure proper cleaning is done on daily basis.
∎ Inspecting the hostel building, including lift, generator, water supply, heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order.
∎ Supervise repair and maintenance works of hostel.
∎ Monitoring cleaning materials, tools, and furniture and reordering as required
∎ Deal all external with courtesy and promptness at all times.
∎ Report to concerned authority for any issues & follow up to resolve.
∎ Conduct any other duties required by the management authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-year(s) Experience in related field.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English
∎ Must be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and work under pressure.
∎ Having good moral values.

Salary: Negotiable
