Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate all commercial activities between customers and manufacturers to facilitate a smooth shipment.
∎ Reviewing import documents accordingly.
∎ Preparing the commission note and order confirmation in order to receive PFI from the manufacturer.
∎ Taking follow-up on all customers' tenders and submitting price offers promptly.
∎ Develop the amendment request form.
∎ Keep track of all clients' L/Cs.
∎ Monitoring the payment status of all the on-going business.
