Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation (Preferable PGD in Supply Chain)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the delivery of finished product (Pumps, Gas Stoves, Teflon Tape, Bathroom fittings etc.)
∎ Liaison with Transport Department for the route planning.
∎ Load / Dispatch goods based on FIFO method.
∎ Liaison with Head Office for different problems of D/N and other related problem of delivery and sales team.
∎ Advice production Head on market requirement.
∎ Check Tally time to time.
∎ Ensure delivery of all the Consumer items according to Invoice and Issue inward and outward gate pass of delivery for any products.
∎ Get approval from Delivery Manager for route planning and discuss with Production Manager, Transport Officer & FG Representatives for daily delivery plan after receiving the sales order.
∎ Check, sign every Invoice & arrange all the formalities for Delivery, Prepare Delivered & Undelivered report & submit it to reporting supervisor.
∎ Ensure the loading & unloading of goods.
∎ Review and control the site inventory levels.
∎ Periodic review on non-moving and obsolete items.
∎ Periodic review on safety stock levels based on the inventory turnover and any failure trends.
∎ Send delivery challan to head office after receiving by the party.
∎ Any other task assign when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 Years experience in respective field, Strong Academic Background & Competency of null Experience can be considered for the candidacy
∎ Must have mentality to stay adjacent Factory premises.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
