Job Context:
∎ This position is suitable for personnel who worked as Officer, Supply Chain in a group of woven garments manufacturing company or Procurement Merchandiser (Foreign Supply) who worked with a big volume of sourcing material for woven garments company.
∎ The merchandiser`s who worked with the procurement (Foreign Supply) of fabric, sourcing accessories may also apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ She/He will be responsible for sourcing, procurement (Foreign Supply) of fabric, accessories, packaging materials of garments company.
∎ Quotation collection from various vendors.
∎ Ensure timely delivery.
∎ Sourcing alternative new Supplier
∎ KPI analysis of supplier with seasonal performance reports
∎ Negotiations include Pricing, Quality, Quantity
∎ Procurement with locally & internationally as well follow up to in house
∎ Dealing with shipping docs follow up to obtain the BOM/ IP/ UP with logistics (Various LC, Bill of Laden/commercial for upcoming consignment.
∎ Creating & circulate the RM dashboard & analyze the impact
∎ Maintaining the inventory process.
∎ This position requires ownership, dedication, and honesty as a special qualification.

∎ Good in English
∎ Good in MS Office & E-Mail communication
