Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Authorizing POs according to the demands of outlets.
∎ Product pricing for commodities based on market surveys.
∎ Placing new product offers (with analysis) to the Purchasing Committee.
∎ Activating the approval items with the supplier (s) and preparing new purchase orders for those.
∎ Product movement checking & reporting to Manager, Supply Chain.
∎ Preparing new reports for the consignment basis suppliers & distributing those.
∎ Supplier wise stock checking.
∎ Taking reports on non-delivery of items & further communication.
∎ Analyzing current GP% status both supplier-wise & item-wise.
∎ Analyzing price-change quotations and reporting to Manager, Supply Chain.
∎ Taking precautionary measures in ensuring safety and security of CPU system information
∎ To make available a diversified range of products in order to cater to changing consumer needs as per Agora QMS guideline.
∎ Working closely with other departments to execute smooth operation.
∎ Managing product complains coming from outlet by working together with the Marketing FPR and by effective negotiation with Suppliers.
