Store Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and inspecting the goods to ensure they match the order, are in good condition, and meet quality standards.
∎ Arrange goods in an organized manner to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access. Label and categorize items properly to make them easily identifiable and retrievable.
∎ Issue the correct products in the right quantities on time.
∎ Monitor stock levels and initiate orders for replenishment when stock is running low to avoid shortages.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances, and returns.
∎ Ensure security measures to prevent theft, damage, or loss of inventory.
∎ Ensure that the received products meet the required quality standards and reporting any issues to the appropriate department.
∎ Conduct periodic audits of the inventory to verify the accuracy of records and identify any discrepancies.
∎ Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in the store's inventory management system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Well conversant with computer applications, especially in MS Excel.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
