Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving incoming materials / general items.
∎ Ensuring storage of materials by proper identification and traceability.
∎ Delivery of right type of items to right place at right time in right quantity and quality.
∎ Reporting immediately in case of any major discrepancies in storage materials.
∎ Ensuring proper preservation of materials in case of bulk storage for longer period.
∎ Proper & on time documentation of materials of receives and issues.
∎ Ensuring logistic support and liaison with higher authority for necessary approval in case of major requirement.
∎ Ensure safety of store, placement of sufficient first aid firefighting appliances as per the space entitlement.
∎ Ensure cleanliness & tidiness of the store area frequently.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Inter-personal skill.
