Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper maintenance & operation of Fabric and Accessories Store.
∎ To coordinate with production, merchandising, accounts, Admin and logistics
∎ departments to ensure the smooth functioning of all activities.
∎ To ensure Goods inward, Quality, Storage & outward.
∎ Day-to-Day Stock Record and Control of Material with MS Excel.
∎ Day-to-Day Material Issue to Concern Person and keeping the record of the
∎ same.
∎ Responsible for material receipt (raw materials, packing material) received from
∎ vendor, Material inspection as per invoice.
∎ Follow-up with vendor for material discrepancy. (For any damages / shortages).
∎ To check Inventory/Transporter bills properly to avoid and kinds of mismatch.
∎ To ensure dead stock disposal from the store.
∎ Have to maintain entire store management system by using Modern Inventory
∎ Management Software (ERP).
∎ Good knowledge on Inventory policy, lead time verification, long lead item
∎ forecasting, while meeting inventory accuracy and targets.
∎ Responsible to arrange yearly physical inventory of finished goods, raw
∎ materials & submit to the authority in time with reconciliation.
∎ Distribute store materials/Goods as per requisition.
∎ Sound knowledge on store auditing.
∎ Any others job assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
