Job Responsibilities:
∎ E-commerce Operations
∎ Work with Supply Chain & Distribution Department on delivery tracking and expedite any potential delivery delays
∎ Work with Accounts & Finance and Audit Departments on providing supporting information for accounts reconciliation
∎ Support Customer Service team in service recovery and providing any necessary information on orders
∎ Generate VAT Challan for every order to ensure proper transactions
∎ Prepare money receipt twice a month
∎ Cross Functional Coordination
∎ Responsible for the e-Commerce management and checks across all digital touchpoints
∎ Responsible for all applicable order transfers, cancellations and returns management in e-Commerce system
∎ Responsible for order management across sites to ensure timely deliveries and returns
∎ Report and escalate issues to relevant internal/external stakeholders for troubleshooting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-Commerce environment
∎ Understand of retail and sensitive to trends in the market
∎ Data-analysis skills
∎ Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
∎ Strong communication, organizational, planning and coordination skills
∎ Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, and work within tight deadlines
∎ Team player and passionate.
∎ Ability to engage, motivate and convey key brand messages with external stakeholders
