Job Context:
∎ To meet our rapidly expanding business need we are looking for a suitable person who will perform health, safety and environment related activities for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment in line with national and international standards requirements and best practices.
∎ Work Station: Factory, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
∎ Develop and implement inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections with regards to HSE.
∎ Develop and monitor health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.
∎ Prepare and schedule training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics to maintain a healthy work environment at the workplace.
∎ Maintain records of accidents & incidents or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants regularly.
∎ Take Preventive Action & Monitor all the safety activities like Fire, Accidents, Incidents, Risks & Hazards issues.
∎ Monitor and ensure the health and hygiene of the entire employees at the Plant site.
∎ Ensure the compliance and regulatory requirements for the Factory.
∎ Monitor, Check & ensure valid Fire Fighting equipment at the right place in the Factory.
∎ Monitor and ensure ETP System both Biological & Chemical process.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fully operational and working knowledge in implementing modern health safety tools and techniques.
∎ Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and Decision-making Ability
∎ Written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Expert in implementing ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS and OHSAS/ ISO 45001
