Job Responsibilities:
∎ To greet all the visitors including patients and others warmly with excellent communication with manners & courtesy and presentation skills.
∎ To give information to the existing and potential patients and brief the patients regarding AAH facilities.
∎ To ensure a high level of sincerity, integrity and honesty while dealing with the customers.
∎ To coordinate with the emergency & IP department if the patient needs an ambulance for transportation.
∎ Respond to customer questions.
∎ Ensure to pick up product knowledge.
∎ To maintain a high level of punctuality.
∎ To ensure that all the complaints and requests have been addressed or forwarded to the respective HOD/Supervisor and provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Inform regarding VIP of reference patient to the HOD/Supervisor.
∎ To deliver all investigation report on due time.
∎ To coordinate with the emergency & IP department if the patient needs an ambulance for transportation.
∎ To attend code blue calls.
∎ Be responsible for the patient's registration process, information and understand their needs by building a professional relationship.
∎ Respond to customer questions.
∎ Positively and respectfully communicate with the patients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
