Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
∎ Vocational training or certification in inventory management is a plus.

∎ Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including tools, materials, and equipment.
∎ Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure quantity and quality match purchase orders.
∎ Organize and store items properly to minimize damage and ensure easy access.
∎ Monitor the condition of stored items and report damaged or expired materials.
∎ Maintain the store items in Inventory register.
∎ Maintain up-to-date inventory logs and stock cards (manually).
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly stock reports to the procurement or project manager.
∎ Document material issuance and returns accurately.
∎ Issue materials to construction personnel based on approved requisitions or job orders.
∎ Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store.
∎ Label and arrange materials and tools for easy identification and retrieval.
∎ Track usage of tools and equipment issued to workers and ensure proper returns.
∎ Coordinate with the procurement team regarding stock replenishment.
∎ Assist in preparing purchase requisitions based on project needs.
∎ Participate in regular inventory audits and ensure stock accuracy.
∎ Ensure storekeeping practices comply with company policies and procedures.
∎ Enforce proper safety and storage procedures in line with company policies.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management for the beneficial interest of the company.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day operations of our construction store. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining construction materials, tools, and equipment to support ongoing site activities efficiently and safely.
