Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Commercial, good communication skill, Negotiation Skills, Reporting and Documentation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cash Incentive, Commercial/ Export-Import
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to knowledgeable on the laws/circulations related with Cash Incentive.
∎ Have to handle Cash incentive related all works independently.
∎ Coordinate and follow-up with Bank, BGMEA , Nominated Audit firm & other related offices as per the requirement.
∎ Execute all regulatory formalities of Cash Incentive relating to import & Export.
∎ Collect import & Export all documents from concerned authority, prepare form "Kha" & "Gha" and various procedures for cash incentive accordingly and attain bank formalities.
∎ Capable of handling Import & Export documents and maintaining all related documents regarding cash incentive.
∎ Follow up the receiving notifications of import & Export information from concern authorized.
∎ Monitor sale contract shipment status to proceed & prepare all formalities to avail cash incentive facility.
∎ Collect Proceed Realization Certificate and Back to Back LCs Certificate for Cash Incentive Purpose.
∎ Responsible to calculate the amount to be claimed as cash incentive as per government regulations.
∎ Responsible to clarify queries and submitting missing documents, in order to answer observations raised by the nominated auditor, after everything is fulfilled, Cash Incentive Certificate will be emitted.
∎ Responsible for Collecting Cash Incentive Certificates from the Bank and forward the certificate for payment to the Central Bank.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer knowledge.
