Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison with DSC, CSE and CDBL.
∎ Acting with loyalty to the corporation and its shareholders.
∎ Participating in regular meetings of the board of directors.
∎ Preparing documentation and give feedback as per requirements of DSC & CSE.
∎ Supports operations and administration of Board by advising and informing Board members, interfacing between Board and staff.
∎ Maintain and update company databases.
∎ Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
∎ Update office policies as needed.
∎ Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience as head of share department in a publicly listed company.
∎ Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
∎ Solid knowledge of office procedures
∎ Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
