Job Context:
∎ We are looking for smart and experienced people to join as "Officer/Senior Officer" in our reservation team.
∎ He/She will be responsible to oversee the daily reservation activities and others account related activities related with the reservation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert on GDS system (Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre)
∎ Expert on Ticket issue, reissue, revalidation, refund and EMD.
∎ Responsible for reservation, incoming calls from inside and outside
∎ Meeting, greeting and taking care of guest needs to ensure excellent customer service
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ To administer all routes of reservations (e.g., online, phone) to ensure that room bookings or cancellations are made and recorded accurately.
∎ Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
∎ Answering any questions customers might have about the reservations process.
∎ Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
∎ Social media response.
