Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Financial Services: Solution Architecture, Middleware & Open Banking, System Integration, Software Development, Innovation, DevSecOps, RPA, MFS, Digital Media etc.
∎ Enterprise Application: Core Banking Solutions, Islamic Banking System, Business Systems Management, Payments Systems, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence & Analytics, MIS. Hands on experience in world class Core Banking Solution and working with Core Banking migration team will be added preference.
∎ Cards & ADC Systems: Card Management System, Switch, e-Commerce & Merchants, ADC (Alternative Delivery Channel) Systems Management like ATM, POS, CDM, STM, Omni Channel (Call Center, SMS Banking) etc.
∎ Information Security: Information Security Operations, Application Security, Cyber Security, SOC (Security Operations Center), Information Security Administration-Access Management, End User Security, Infrastructure Security, Data Security.
∎ IT Governance: Risk Management, Compliance, Procurement & Finance, Budgeting, Process & Policy, Asset & Inventory, Outsourcing Governance, Global Standard & Certification.
∎ IT Services Management.
∎ IT Operations (Service/Help Desk, DC & DR Operations, System Monitoring & Control Incident Management, BCP
∎ Infrastructure Management: Network Management, Server/Storage/Environment Management, Hardware/device/Tool management, Cloud Computing & Virtualization, System Admin.
∎ Data Management: Database Administration, Database Maintenance
∎ Project Management Office: Demand Management, Business Analysis, Feasibility Study, Project Lifecycle Management, Quality Assurance, Post Implementation Review.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 3 Years' experience of working in IT Department in any reputed scheduled Bank. Experience should be exempted on the basis of previous working position and academic results.
∎ Non-bank candidates can also apply for the above positions.
∎ Candidates having professional degree or international certification (technical) will be given preference.
∎ Candidates must mention the primary interested domain or area of expertise while applying.
∎ Strongly command in communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Proactive, challenge taker and must be determined to stay long term.
∎ Sound knowledge about banking technology, especially in senior level position or head level.
∎ Good track record in critical projects by taking ownership.
∎ Hands-on experience on the interested domain(s).
∎ Proficiency on good command in English.
∎ Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with due transparency along with highest level of integrity.
