Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide information to clients regarding all kinds of facilities like package, procedure, charges and consultants provided by the organization
∎ Dealing with Customers' queries and complaints about ticketing, tour packages, visa, hajj umrah services, hotel bookings etc.
∎ Maintain all online/offline marketing communications on social media, email, website etc.
∎ Quick respond to clients' query through phone, email, social media & in-person.
∎ Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.
∎ Follow up on after sales service-related email
∎ Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
∎ Should be excellent in communication, ability to manage pressure and multitask.
∎ To perform any other duty assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
