Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain a bond register (inbond-exbond)
∎ Arrange a summary of the usage and relevant permission
∎ Update the register for the bond renewal
∎ Arrange permission for the items which are not covered under ‘Prappota’
∎ Submit bond-related documents to the VAT office and to submit the VAT return
∎ Arrange different permissions from the BIDA office
∎ Visit BERC to arrange permissions for different chemical imports
∎ Visit the Atomic Energy Commission to arrange import and usage permission
∎ Visit DEDO to arrange the coefficient
∎ Visit CCI&E for IRC renewal
∎ Visit the Department of Environment (DoE) for different permissions
∎ Visit NBR and the Ministry of Commerce as and when required.
