∎ M.Sc.in Microbiology from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Microbiological analysis (i.e. Microbial enumeration, bioburden, sterility, endotoxin and bacterial identification) of Raw Materials, packaging Materials, Bulk & Finished products.
∎ Routine monitoring of clean rooms, utilities like PW, WFI, PS, Compressed Air & Nitrogen gas and related trend analysis.
∎ Monitor microbiological activities of Process Simulation, Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Gowning validation, GPP & Disinfectant Validation.
∎ Ensures that raw materials, components, products, or monitoring results that do not meet specifications or expectations are promptly investigated, risk assessed and necessary CAPAs are implemented.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 to 3 years working experience in a well-known pharmaceutical microbiology laboratory is preferred.
∎ Knowledge of cGMP regulations like USP/BP, WHO, TGA, MHRA, US-FDA related to manufacturing of sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical products.
