Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/ M.Sc In Chemistry/ Biochemistry from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing analytical method and carry out analysis of Raw Material, Packaging Material, Finished Product as per STP.
∎ Preparing dossier for export purpose and necessary documents like SOP, Validation Protocol, Report, BMR
∎ Inspection of plant to ensure that good house-keeping and approved procedures are being practiced to ensure that at all times it meets the standards of cGMP.
∎ Undertaking physical and chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products of all instrumental analysis involved.
∎ Comply with QMS/EMS requirements in own area of activities to ensure zero noncompliance/ observation resulting from Audit findings.
∎ Prepare and standardize all reagents used in the laboratory as and when required and follow GLP in own area of activity.
∎ Preparing recipe and annexure for submission to Drugs Administration.
∎ Undertaking production of lab batch, pilot batch, stability batch, trial batch, and scale up batch of new products and Liaison with Production, QA, Engineering, Marketing, TSD and Commercial department.
∎ Reviewing formulation of existing products based on product or market complaints, stability related problems or cost saving need and update all documents.
∎ Work with manager and production team to analyze job orders, develop production tasks, schedule and ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
∎ Enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs to investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
∎ Plan and assign daily job duties to workers and recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
∎ Train to workers to meet production goals and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
