Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up approval of requisition, CS, and PO in the system.
∎ Source and purchase of materials, services, and supplies as per requirement.
∎ Operate procurement process in Oracle system, run RFI, REQ, RFP process and generate reports.
∎ Submit invoices to the concerned department for approval, proceed with payments, and audit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in local engineering and consumable items procurement.
∎ Skills required: Quick learning (Computer and ERP), Strong negotiation, and convincing ability.
