Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm or B. Pharm (5 years Professional Degree) from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, arrange and execute the operation of sterile biologics / vaccine manufacturing facility in compliance with cGMP.
∎ Facilitates the technology transfers and qualification studies associated with the process, systems and facilities.
∎ Continues regulatory review and ongoing monitoring with sound understanding of the regulatory guidelines governing GMP of biologics/vaccines manufacturing.
∎ Preparation and revision of SOPs, BMRs, BPRs and other GMP documents used in sterile biologics/vaccines manufacturing.
∎ Monitoring of process and documents to support ongoing production.
∎ Various regulatory and national audit and visit preparedness.
∎ Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to plan and execute production operation.
∎ Ensures deviations, CAPA, change controls, process transfers, and other business drivers are supported and driven to completion.
∎ Report all unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to departmental EHS coordinator at the first available opportunity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge/experience of Production Equipment qualification procedures.
∎ Eager to take the challenge of working in a new project.
∎ Incumbent should be creative, hardworking & proficient in team playing.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have proficiency in speaking and writing both English and Bengali.
