Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop supplier based (National/ International).
∎ Sourcing Product from the supplier as per MRR with the best price as per requisition
∎ Manage & keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, logistics costs and keep documentation of the purchase and bills.
∎ Experience in Purchasing Raw Materials (Restaurant Items)
∎ Monitoring the market price of Materials and updating market intelligence.
∎ Communicate with internal departments to ensure proper coordination.
∎ Coordinate with the Authority in obtaining the approval & finalize with vendor and release of the purchase order.
∎ Negotiating contract terms & pricing.
∎ Ensure ordering & delivery timely.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with supplier
∎ Any other assignment as per management requirement.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
