Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B. Pharm from any reputed institutions.
∎ or
∎ Bachelor Degree in any subject from any reputed institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement Consignment (PC) entry for all import consignments.
∎ Preparing arrival statement for all consignments of all ports.
∎ Giving all Inputs in software for all consignments.
∎ Regulatory coordination: DGDA, Explosive and Narcotics.
∎ Preparing authorized latter to all Customs and Biman.
∎ All other activities related to Customs Department.
∎ Collect and upload information of shipment from C&F, suppliers and others in the system.
∎ Communicate to all concerned departments/stakeholders like Factory, suppliers, customs, bank and other regulatory authorities
∎ Lodging and following up all insurance claims.
∎ Other office activities as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 2 to 4 year Experience in Supply Chain, Export/Import related job in pharmaceutical industry will be given preference.
∎ Fluency in spoken & written English.
∎ Strong computer skills; especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
