Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
∎ Research potential vendors.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
∎ Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
∎ Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
∎ Prepare Rate analyses.
∎ Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
∎ Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
∎ Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Dynamic, passionate and high energy to lead and motivate team.
∎ Should be experience in Procurement in Poultry Industry.
∎ Computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel, and Outlook, PDF).
∎ Must be energetic, sincere, and strict to principle.
∎ Preferable minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in supply chain dept. of Poultry Industry.
