Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare procurement requisition, including specifications and other relevant fields in it.
∎ Prepare and send RFQ to potential suppliers in applicable case, collect quotation within timeline and compile.
∎ Checking and processing supplier's bills.
∎ Collecting data from various sources such as purchase, store receiving, consumption-related data and processing & generating reports as per the requirement of management.
∎ Maintain the ledger book to provide updated information to the suppliers.
∎ Reconciliation of the IOU with the accounts department after approval of the bills.
∎ Collecting daily stock reports and purchase delivery reports from the factories.
∎ Visit to market to identify potential suppliers (if necessary). In some cases spot quotation needs to take for emergency goods procurement, post factor approval, etc.
∎ Check and record bills according to requisition and ensuring compliance in bill processing.
∎ Ensure compliance and make sure all procurement activities of organization are conducted following the procurement guideline.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers' prior approval and prepare purchase order with necessary terms and conditions for signature.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain, Procurement
∎ The applicants having experience in the following business area(s) will be preferred: Manufacturing (Specially in Food Industry)
∎ Self-motivated, results-oriented with a proven track record in respective job scope and able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs especially MS Excel and Word
∎ Proven understanding of system knowledge/ procurement/ warehousing/ supply chain.
∎ Knowledge of Data management and Data analysis.
