Responsibilities:
Provide primary health care treatment and medicine to the beneficiaries according to employee need.
On duty in the Accident and Emergency Department and Ambulance services is responsible for carrying out the care plan as per the order of physician in charge of the patient.
Responsible for the dressing of wounds, minor injuries, and skin infections.
Arrange doctor visit and test, follow up as needed for beneficiaries.
Educate beneficiaries about various medical conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients.
Provide health promotion and education; health care training as scheduled.
Maintain and document the service record.
Purchase requisitions for medicines and other health-related devices.
Maintain medicine stock with proper documents.
to ensure treatment and maintain hygiene.
Take necessary steps for employee patient admission and discharge at outside hospitals.
Maintenance of relevant/ medical equipment/ medicine inventor.
Update the regular medicine Register and dispatched register
Attend related meetings.
Be willing to replace colleagues’ roster duty in an emergency.
Responsible for taking care of all the medical equipment, furniture, supplies, and repairs if necessary, and maintaining a proper stock register.
Any other job assigned by the Supervisor.
