Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM
∎ Skills Required: Good Communication Skill in English, International Sourcing, Negotiation Skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Foreign procurement, International Procurement, Mechanical Procurement, Spare Parts Sourcing, Textile Machinery
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving demands for machines, spare parts & sewing needles from all garments and lab factories and collecting price quotations from related suppliers after verifying the demand.
∎ Making Comparative statements with technical specifications and for constructive negotiation against the quoted prices.
∎ Getting management approval & opening LC/TT or submitting work orders to suppliers.
∎ Complete follow-up of shipment schedule with both the Commercial Department & Suppliers from LC opening date machine installation in the factory.
∎ Follow up with the factory mechanic-in-charge and management about the procedure machines' placement, installation, and quality.
∎ Complete follow-up from the shipment date to the arrival of goods in factories.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge of foreign procurement.
∎ Computer skills.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and relationship building.
∎ Negotiation skills.
∎ Sense of strong attention to detail.
∎ English language proficiency in both written and spoken.
Salary: Negotiable
