Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelors / Master's Degree in any discipline from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase requisitions prepare and take approval for AAF-HO and AAF-Center.
∎ Ensure procurement of different goods by Aarong as per requisition and send the procured goods to AAF-Centers
∎ Ensure checking, receiving, and storing the raw materials and other goods as per requisition
∎ Coordinate with the transport department for vehicle scheduling and transport management for timely goods received and delivered with proper documents
∎ Keep contact with the suppliers as per requirements
∎ Ensure proper documentation of all the credits copy, challans, order sheets, worksheets and purchase requisitions
∎ Keep all the records through the MIS system

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
∎ Knowledge about administration, supply chain management and logistics management
∎ Understanding of the transport and procurement management
∎ Analytical ability, report writing and record-keeping skills

∎ As per company policy
