Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ MBA / Masters from any reputed University is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product importation. Placing purchase order and open L/C. Ensuring proper documentation for L/C opening, amendment and release the shipping documents from the bank and reviewing all L/C requirements with C & F Agent.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.
∎ Keep proper report for product purchase order and product delivery.
∎ Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
∎ Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments at factory and corporate office.
∎ Ensure effective operation with shipping line/freight forwarder, clearing and Forwarding agent (C&F), follow-up customs operation, and deliver of goods from port to factory site.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
∎ Process payments and invoices.
∎ Produce reports and statistics on spending and saving.
∎ Perform cost and scenario analysis, and bench-marking.
∎ Assess, manage and mitigate risks.
∎ Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Inventory/ warehouse and supply chain.
∎ Problem solving and decision making capabilities.
