Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduates from any recognized university/ institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily delivery plan as per priority from Sales department.
∎ Ensure required vehicles arrangement through transport vendor & Prepare Transportation Bills.
∎ Ensure standard performance of company's vehicles & proper maintenance.
∎ Ensure Inventory Management & plan in time delivery with FIFO.
∎ Prepare Delivery Pending Report and share "Sales" department through email.
∎ Prepare & update Invoices including shipping & costing in SAP daily
∎ Follow up all depots Stock level and arrange to refill (stock transfer) as require.
∎ Monitor the ages of Delivery Orders regularly and take action immediately.
∎ Conduct weekly & monthly physical counting (Stock-Take) without any variation.
∎ Ensure all activities following SOP and maintaining safety guideline of the company
∎ Prepare different MIS report/s as required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years relevant working experience in any leading local/multinational FMCG factory.
∎ Knowledge on SAP will be preferable.
∎ Have adequate knowledge of warehouse management.
∎ Good communication skills in verbal and written English.
∎ Good working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
