∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Labour Land Law, Land and Legal, Land Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To understand all land related documents (C.S, S.A, R.S, City Jorip, Deed, Via Deed, Porcha, Warish Sonod, Wakalotnama, Dag, Khatian etc).
∎ To support the company on various kinds of documents & activities for land purchase.
∎ To coordinate land related all matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. & Non-Govt. organization such as DC office, AC land Office, Sub-Registry office, Tahshil office etc.
∎ To deal with land related activities such as measurement. verification of title & legal rights, Tax & Vat, mortgage, registration/deed/agreement/bayna, commissioning, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. department etc.
∎ To understand and handling land related issues like; Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sub-kabla deed, various agreement/contract/deed etc.
∎ Will be responsible to visit all suitable land areas, select land, complete resignation and take procession of land for all concern of the company.
∎ To monitor land related issues and keep record up to date.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Land iisue handling & land purchase.
∎ Good Knowledge on law of land.
∎ Good knowledge about land measurement, land mutation, land registration, land ownership.
∎ Familiarity with law of land.
