Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 04 years of experience in administration, academic coordination or quality assurance in an educational institution.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management tools. Must have Bangla and English Typing Skills.
∎ Knowledge on AI tools (e.g., GPT models, Canva, etc.).
∎ Basic Accounting Knowledge.
∎ Excellent communication in English and Bangla along with interpersonal skills for coordination with departments and stakeholders.
∎ Candidates with prior experience in university administration or IQAC related work will be given preference.
∎ Candidates with 3rd division/class or CGPA less than 2.75 in any examination need not apply.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for receiving and processing official correspondence, including notes, letters, reports, notices, meeting schedules, and office orders from the Registrar’s Office.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate presentation of these documents to the Deans and the Director, IQAC, enabling informed decision-making.
∎ Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, seminars, and workshops to enhance academic and administrative quality.
∎ Initiate notes, prepare budgets, and procure training materials to ensure events are well-executed and meet institutional standards.
∎ Collaborate with the Director, IQAC, to draft notes, create PowerPoint presentations, and develop other materials for workshops, seminars, and meetings.
∎ Ensure content is clear, professional, and aligned with the university’s quality assurance objectives.
∎ Maintain effective communication channels with various university departments and offices through telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
∎ Liaise with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and alignment with quality assurance standards.
∎ Assist the Director, IQAC, in preparing and submitting comprehensive reports to key stakeholders, including the Honorable Vice-Chancellor (VC), Southeast University (SEU), UGC, and the Board of Trustees (BOT), SEU Trust (SEUT).
∎ Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and reflect the university’s quality assurance efforts.
∎ Collect and preserve class routines and final exam question papers from all academic departments for IQAC review, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
∎ Maintain organized records to facilitate audits and evaluations.
∎ Compile and prepare weekly faculty monitoring reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
∎ Distribute reports to the BOT Office, VC Office, and Registrar Office to support oversight and decision-making.
∎ Oversee the daily operations of the IQAC Office, including procuring officestationery and supplies from the central store.
∎ Maintain a professional and efficient office environment to support IQACactivities.
∎ Undertake any other duties assigned by the Director, IQAC, or universitymanagement to support institutional goals.
∎ Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in addressing emerging needs andpriorities.
