∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
∎ Diploma/B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Make sure that required materials are always placed in the time and in the right place for projects.
∎ To monitor project inventory.
∎ To keep records of all kind of project materials.
∎ Prepare monthly stock needs for project and take necessary action accordingly to ensure availability of the required materials at site/project.
∎ Receive and issue materials at project.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity of the receiving materials.
∎ Capable to maintain store/ledger properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on modern store and inventory system.
∎ Experienced in Project Inventory will given preference.
∎ Capable of manage a large store/project individually.
∎ Should have good analytical skill.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
