Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters/Bachelor Degree from any recognized University.
∎ BSC in IPE/Textile Engineering (Preferable).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.
∎ Sewing line balance considering the required line capacity and operation plan.
∎ Time, Method and Motion study.
∎ Daily (W.I.P) work in process calculate & next day input plan.
∎ Monitoring input and output report, hourly production report, shipment schedule & in time fabric & accessories in house.
∎ Work with related team to develop required standards for design & production.
∎ Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards.
∎ Calculate and monitoring new style layout time or feeding time report.
∎ Responsible for increasing productivity through combined work steps, removing non-value added tasks, adding automation and development of effective work practices.
∎ Initiate new activities to improve the efficiency of each worker and enhancing their contribution in the production process.
∎ Reduce nonproductive time and excess working hour.
∎ Reduce excess manpower or unused manpower in line.
∎ Prepare skill matrix or skill inventory for all operators.
∎ Any other assignment as entrusted time to time by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Operation IE (Cutting & Finishing) -
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Group of Companies.
∎ Have knowledge on make cut plan
∎ Knowledge on cutting table target set-up by determining smv & production study.
∎ Knowledge on Set up daily Fabric requirements & fabric savings plan.
∎ Set the cutting wip (min/max level).
∎ Knowledge on cutting lay-out
∎ Overall good knowledge on entire cutting process from fabric receive to cut to deliver.
∎ Have knowledge on make finishing plan.
∎ Determine finishing smv.
∎ Knowledge on Set -up finishing & cutting required man, machine lay -out & day target.
∎ Overall Section new STYLE QCO preparation & follow-up.
∎ Dryer room knowledge.
∎ Daily follow up Bottle neck operation to improve productivity.
∎ Work to reduce manpower with maximize capacity.
∎ Skill Matrix & Mulki skilling knowledge.
∎ Monitoring low efficient manpower & improve performance
∎ Help to balance line to achieve day target.
∎ New operator/Helper skill assessment knowledge.
∎ Have Good Knowledge on Lean manufacturing.
∎ Knowledge of IE tools & statistics and their applications, ERP/SAP Software etc.
∎ Performance oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
∎ Excellent command on both listening, spoken and written English.
∎ Expert in Computer operating such as Ms. Word, Excel, Power point, Email and Internet browsing etc.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude for learning.
∎ Good team player, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset period.
