Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise daily administrative operations 24/7 in Hospital.
∎ Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.
∎ Monitor customer service, Patient Care, Outdoor services, billing & reception, pharmacy, IPD, OPD and emergency to provide smooth service to all patients, improving service delivery.
∎ Uphold and enforce company policies.
∎ Maintain a large team with knowledge, skill and efficiency.
∎ Monitor procurement for indent and ensure procurement of all necessary hospital materials and equipment.
∎ To arrange Specialists/Doctors/Nurses/Technologists, as and when needed. Manage the team of Physicians and ensure that other clinical staffs are complying with the organization policies when providing care.
∎ Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies.
∎ To promote formal consultations and other engagement activities that will potentially have an impact on services as and when these arise.
∎ To develop, promote and scrutinize plans, projects, budgets and services that would benefit Hospital.
∎ Lead development of vision and goals and effectively communicate/engage staff to up keep their skill levels, improve and adjoin additional skills through regular team activities, trainings.
∎ Resolve potential issues with patients.
∎ Ensure the hospital runs efficiently and makes the most of available resources.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
