∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management or
∎ Masters of Professional Human Resource Management (HRM).
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management or
∎ Masters of Professional Human Resource Management (HRM).

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated high level of computer skills in MS Office management or similar project management software etc.
∎ Preference will be given to those who know Arabic.
∎ Communication Compliance Management, Organization Administration HR and Payroll Project Coordination, Safety and Security Management, Staff file management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
∎ Good experience about administrative work.
∎ Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate other project operations.
∎ Manage schedules and deadlines of project completion.
∎ Monitor and keeping of project materials such as civil, electrical and Computer materials in safe condition.
∎ Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials for project with attention to budgetary constraints.
∎ Manage the maintenance and repair of Office equipments, Computer and other devices.
∎ Initiate and coordinates deadline to achievement of project goal of the organization.
∎ Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.
∎ Liaise with external stakeholders, such as vendors, suppliers, law enforcement agencies, certification license issuing authorities to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Monitor cost and expenses according to budget.
∎ Monitor and procures needed supplies for office, reception, kitchen, beautification of factory premises and other related issues.
∎ Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, aspiring job result and disciplining employees.
∎ Ensure safe, secure and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health and security standard.
∎ Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space in collaboration with Corporate People & Productivity team.
∎ Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
∎ Ensure that all administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence, are completed accurately and efficiently.
∎ Set procedures for training, coaching, counseling and career development for the staff.
∎ Ensure new staff recruitments and appointment letters.
∎ Monitoring staff payroll system or attendance book.
