Job Responsibilities:
∎ As an Officer-HR & Admin: Responsibility as following as under you
∎ We are looking for an Officer-HR Admin who is energetic, disciplined and proactive with a strong understanding of administrative and HR management, record keeping, recruitment, preparing JD, accounting leave of all staff, issuing contracts, release/terminations and performance evaluation. HR Officer should have basic idea of hospital management, HR employee software and administrative management. The HR Officer is responsible to assist HR Head and for providing him support in HR matters, staff fingerprint maintenance.
∎ To be successful as a HR Assistant he/she needs to have a strong knowledge in HR and exposed to work similar position especially in a Hospital with the experience of dealing with cross section of employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 year(s) in HR & Admin.
∎ Smart, energetic, intelligent candidate will be preferred.
∎ Must good command in both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing
