Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Social Sciences/ Statistics/ Demography or relevant discipline is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is responsible for facilitating the evaluation of health services provided by SCI, including primary health units, reproductive health sites, and other additional components.
∎ The position holder will support on activities which primarily provide routine assessments of the quality of SCI services through beneficiaries and community members.
∎ This includes ensuring the daily data entry, analysis, identify gaps, relevance of surveys, checklists, assessments, monitoring the operational execution of such activities, and validating qualitative and quantitative data quality standards.
∎ These activities may be performed for baseline measurements and throughout the duration of the response, encompassing monitoring, evaluation, and accountability activities in order to inform programme learning opportunities and identify service gaps.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 years of work experience in a relevant area of work. Public Health or Clinical experience will be an advantage;
∎ Experience with KoBo Toolbox, ODK, or similar tablet based survey software;
∎ Experience working in a health care setting with clinical teams;
∎ Ability to work in a team, capable to work under pressure and be able to work in a sensitive manner;
∎ Working with trustworthiness and integrity and has a clear commitment to Save the Children's core values and humanitarian principles;
∎ Ability to work under extreme circumstances, including stress, high security risks and harsh living conditions. Works and lives with a flexible, adaptable and resilient manner;
∎ Awareness and sensitivity to gender and diversity;
∎ Excellent communication skills in cross-cultural set ups;
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla. Ability to communicate in Arakan Language is preferred;
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
∎ Good analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative data;
∎ Ability to set priorities and manage time;
∎ Very good command on MS Office;
∎ Knowledge of Bangla typing is preferred
∎ Any course related to evaluation, monitoring or relevant is preferred.
