Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain our online marketing (FB/SMS/YouTube)
∎ Handling incoming phone calls, PABX system, answering & transferring incoming to the right personnel.
∎ To maintain all types of records related to Front Desk.
∎ Record keeping / tracks for travel arrangements done, outgoing couriers, visitor's records, inventory.
∎ Greet all guests courteously and make them comfortable while waiting at the reception.
∎ Maintain stationary related register.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration
∎ Good communication skill in English.
∎ Should have good knowledge in computer (Ms Office, Ms Excel, E-mail handling etc.)

Salary: Negotiable
